A Little About You And Your Book?

I live in the Midlands with my wife and two young children. I have been involved in the literary world ever since I attained my BA in Prose Fiction Writing and Journalism at the end of 2005.
I started by attending Writing Seminars, giving talks to any audience who was willing to listen. In 2011 I decided that it was time I put my pen where my mouth is and set about writing “The Ultimate Selection”. I have since published this title along with an inbetween stand alone: “Infinite Retribution” with the sequel to “The Ultimate Selection”, to be called “Selected Penance”, being published at the end of February 2013.
My second book “Infinite Retribution” is a gangland crime thriller written with a very raw edge. I wanted to give my audience the lust for blood and violence that they have been searching for. London was the natural setting as it is the city of my birth.

What Inspired You To Start Writing?

I’ve always been a reader, so it must have been my admiration for authors who I have read, but I did think that within the genre I write, there was something missing – violence is instant, and people who face violent conflict have no choice but to stand and fight, with all their aggression being put in the dialogue for the reader to enjoy.

How Has Writing Changed Your Life?

Writing has promoted me to a very mini celebrity status and has allowed me to build new bonds with other authors as well as with my reading audience. A number of high profile people in the literary world have also announced themselves as good friends too.

What Is Your Favourite Book, Ever?

That’s impossible for me to answer, simply because there are far too many favourites on my bookshelf – sorry…

What Is The Best Piece Of Writing Advice You Could Give, And Why?

Never write for yourself, always only write for the reader – if it wasn’t for them, you wouldn’t be where you are!

If You Were A Dragon, What Kind Of Dragon Would You Be?

What a fantastic question… I would be an wise old Dragon, who had lived for thousands of years; offering advice on how to make the world a more peace-loving place, so that we can share the same harmony and appreciate how beautiful our planet really is…
Thank you Paul, and all those who have taken the time to read my rambles.

Your thoughts are much appreciated..........Thanks!
